Our Services


All of our services are tailored for each person. We develop plans based on each individual's needs and we will adjust it for each client after consultation. The following are examples and will be crafted accordingly for each client. We schedule an initial consultation, discuss your needs and go over your options so we can achieve the results you are looking for. We can work locally or virtually.

Support and Consultation

This service is best fitting for families new to the IEP process and those who are not sure where to begin from. We assist and advise parents on how to move through process. We also provide guidance, support and coaching for parents every step of the way.

In addition, we provide Educational Record Review where we review all the relevant documents and provide Educational Recommendations based on it; which means you'll receive an outline of recommendations as well as a list of resources. This service includes a Written Review of IEP; with recommended and suggested changes included.

Educational Coach

Works with you and your child to develop a study skill plan. We go over all of the relevant aspects and refine learning habits. The coach will be an experienced teacher and collaborating partner in this journey. We will work together in problem solving and to enhance student learning, developing clear goals to achieve routinely. Our plan is based on identified issues, and it goes over an improvement cycle that is constantly assessed and adjusted as needed. The coach also collaborates with the school to create and streamline a cohesive program.

Education Advocate

We can attends meetings in-person or virtually through remote platforms, assisting you in creating a step by step plan, and walk you through the entire process. We take part in the communication with parents, school and outside providers, consultants
and attorneys.

Education Advocate services may include any or all of the following:  

● Review records and determine an action plan

● Draft measurable IEP goals and objectives for progress monitoring

● Attend and present outside evaluations to team

● Review post-meeting documents and follow-up as needed


● Schedule, prepare and attend mediation
● Monitor and review implementation and effectiveness of IEP

● Observe student in educational setting or at home

● Provide referrals to legal services, evaluators, therapists and others

● Identify and/or visit placement options

● Continue support to families
